Maroussi, Athens, Greece - Euroseas Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESEA), an owner and operator of drybulk and container carrier vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk and containerized cargoes, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.32 per common share for the second quarter of 2008. This dividend represents a 3.2% increase over the dividend of the previous quarter and 28% increase over the dividend we declared for the same quarter last year.
